Want to withdraw from your order — dissolve the contract — within the legal cooling-off period of 14 days? On this page you find all the ways to do that: by email, the official model form and by post. You do not need an account for this and you do not need to give a reason.
The fastest way: by email
Send an email to [email protected] or use the contact form with your order number and the word « withdrawal ». You receive a confirmation of receipt by email as quickly as possible — at the latest at the end of the next working day — with the content of your statement and the date and time of submission. That confirmation is your proof: keep it safe.
This also works if you ordered as a guest: you identify your order with your order number and email address — an account is not required.
The withdrawal statement you submit is a statement to us. What happens next — sending back, refund — we then coordinate with you. Submitting the statement does not perform an automatic cancellation or refund; that only happens after the coordination that belongs to a withdrawal.

You may also withdraw your order with the official model form. Copy the text below, fill it in and send it by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address. The form is an option, not an obligation — a clear email or letter with the same details works just as well.

What happens after your statement
After your valid withdrawal you have another 14 days to send the item back. We send you the practical instructions and the correct return address. The conditions — use, costs, refund terms — are described in detail on Returns and right of withdrawal. In short:
- the refund follows within 14 days after your statement, via the same payment method;
- we may suspend the payment until we have received the return or until you have provided proof of shipment;
- with a full withdrawal you also get the standard shipping costs back;
- the direct return costs are at your own expense.
What this route is not for
The withdrawal route is intended for the cooling-off period: ‘I no longer want my purchase’. It is not intended for:
- Defects or wrong delivery — report those via Warranty, defects and complaints; then other, more favourable rules apply and you never pay return costs;
- Questions about your order — for that there is the contact form or [email protected];
- Return after the cooling-off period — always discuss that with us by email first.
