A parcel that arrives carefully and neutrally — that is exactly how your order leaves our door. On this page you can read how we ship, what discreet means concretely, where we deliver and what to do if delivery does not go according to plan.

How our shipping works

We are a webshop without our own warehouse. Your order is shipped directly by our specialised supplier within the European Union, who sends your parcel on our behalf. That means no intermediate stop with us and no extra labels revealing the contents. For you nothing changes on the outside: you order from us, we arrange the rest — and we remain your point of contact for the entire order, from payment to return.

What discreet means — concretely

  • Neutral exterior. Your order goes in a plain box or shipping bag: no webshop logo, no product images, no texts referring to the contents.
  • No revealing sender. The address label shows no name of this webshop and no reference to the contents. The sender name is that of the logistics party processing the shipment.
  • Nobody who can tell. The postman, neighbours or housemates cannot see from the packaging where the parcel comes from or what is inside.
  • Contents on the packing list. Inside there is a packing list or similar document with the ordered items — that belongs to a correct delivery.

The same applies to your **bank statement**: for a payment the neutral description ‘Plan B Marketing’ appears — our company name, no shop name. Read more on Paying and refunds.

Shipping costs and delivery times

You see the shipping costs for your order in the checkout before you pay — we do not hide them until a later moment. The final shipping rates and delivery times per country are currently being finalised. As soon as they are available you will find them in the checkout and on this page. The expected delivery time you see with your order is the direction we aim for; the exact planning can differ per delivery, for example due to courier capacity or the distance to the delivery address.

As soon as your order is shipped you receive the available tracking information by email. If a track-and-trace code is available for your shipment you receive it then — with it you follow your parcel to your door yourself.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the **European Union**. Orders with an address in another country cannot be processed at this time. If we expand the delivery area later, we adjust the shipping options in the checkout and this page accordingly.

We deliver to the address you enter with your order: home address, work or collection address, or — if the chosen carrier offers it — a pickup point. Having a parcel delivered to an address that is not yours is at your own risk; always check your address carefully.

If delivery does not go according to plan

**Not home.** The courier will try to deliver your parcel again or drop it at a nearby pickup point. What exactly happens depends on the carrier — follow the delivery information you receive.

**Arrived damaged.** Take photos of the outer packaging and of the contents immediately and do not throw anything away. Email photos and your order number to [email protected]. We handle the damage with the courier and the supplier; you do not need to contact them.

**Not received or lost.** If your parcel does not arrive within the stated delivery time, email us with your order number. We then start a follow-up or missing-parcel investigation with the carrier. Never have a parcel ‘returned’ yourself without consultation: there is a chance it gets lost without a trace and we cannot help you properly.

**Wrong address provided.** If your address is incorrect in your order, email as soon as possible. If the parcel is already underway, whether an address change still works depends on the courier — so better enter it correctly right away.

What happens to your order after payment?

After your successful payment your order is processed and passed on to our supplier. They pack the items, seal the parcel and hand it to a courier. Because this process is automated: the sooner you report a change or cancellation, the greater the chance it still succeeds — read Ordering, changing and cancelling for the details.

If you receive a track-and-trace code with the shipment, you can follow where your parcel is and when it approximately arrives. No tracking available? We keep you updated on the status by email.

Your address and delivery

We deliver exclusively to the address you enter with your order — check that address carefully, including house number and suffix. The recipient does not have to sign personally for every shipment; what happens in case of absence depends on the carrier. Prefer not to have the parcel delivered to your home address? Where the carrier offers it you can choose a pickup point, or have the parcel delivered to an alternative address you trust.
